The 36-year-old, who is married to Donald Trump's son Eric, was seven months pregnant when she attended the president's US state visit to Britain in June with her husband's family, which made the trip all more special.

'Knowing that one day I'll tell this baby about the adventure overseas and all that happened while in my belly made everything all the more meaningful,' she told the publication

Eric and Lara are expecting their second child sometime this month, just weeks before their eldest son Luke turns two years old.

The expectant mom's photoshoot took place a couple of months ago, and in one of the images from the spread, she can be seen modeling a glamorous gold Oscar Lopez couture dress that hugged her baby bump.

Lara posed for the shoot at Mar-a-Lago, her father-in-law's resort in Palm Beach Florida, which she said has become somewhat of an escape for her and her family.

'In the chaos of day-to-day life, it's so nice to have a place where we can meet as a family and it feels like old times, before my father-in-law was president and life was a little bit less hectic,' she said.

Last month, Lara shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself playing the 1927 Steinway baby grand piano that sits in the living room area of the estate.

'#Throwback just your average pregnant photoshoot/impromptu piano recital while having a hair touch up...stay tuned for these incredible photos soon!' she captioned the footage.

Lara, who is a former producer of Inside Edition, is serving as a 2020 presidential campaign adviser to the 45th president, and her father-in-law.

She produces and hosts weekly digital videos for the Trump re-election campaign, which launched in July of 2017, under the title 'Real News Update' on the campaign's social media pages.

The birth of Lara and Eric's second child will make President Trump a grandfather for the tenth time.

Eric and Lara married on November 8, 2014, after a six-year courtship. They welcomed their first child on September 12, 2017.
