Kanye West 'touring elementary schools' near new $14m Wyoming property... after Kim Kardashian revealed dreams of moving to ranch

He snapped up a $14 million 9000 acre ranch previously labeled as 'Monster Lake Ranch' in Wyoming last week. 

And it seems rapper Kanye West is looking into permanently moving the family he shares with Kim Kardashian to the city of Cody. 

The 44-year-old rapper has been been looking at various elementary schools for his four children, People reported on Monday.

'Kanye West has been in Cody, Wyoming for a few weeks now,' revealed the publication's source.   

'He bought a ranch and is touring elementary schools.' 

The Gold Digger rapper, his wife Kim and their four children North, six, Saint, three, Chicago, one, and Psalm, four months, currently live in Calabasas near the rest of the Kardashian clan.

Last week it was reported that Kanye had put down approximately $14 million for the land, owning half of the ranch (4,500 acres) while leasing the rest from the federal government, according to TMZ

The publication added that while the asking price was $14 million, he did pay that with his payment amount unknown. 

Kanye has praised the state in recent years, recording his Ye album in Jackson Hole in 2018.  

Currently living on his ranch, sources have revealed that artists such as Pusha T have recently visited him in Wyoming to help create his ninth studio album - rumored to be of a religious theme.

Kim recently teased the September 27 release on a piece of paper, next to a Bible, with what appeared to be the tracklist and title of, Jesus Is King.

Kanye's purchase comes after wife Kim Kardashian revealed to Vogue Arabia recently that she could see the family moving to Wyoming within the next ten years. 

'In my mind I'm already living in those 10 years,' she told her husband as he interviewed her for the cover story. 

'I see us living on a ranch in Wyoming, occasionally going to Palm Springs and our home in Los Angeles — and becoming a lawyer.'

Sources have revealed recently that Kim has been traveling back and forth to Wyoming to visit Kanye as he finishes off his album.   

'Kanye will be in Jackson Hole for several more weeks,' the insider told People.

'Kim will travel back and forth to see him. She's happy he's focused on his music instead of going on social media rants.'

They continued: 'Kanye seems great. He loves Jackson Hole. He thinks it's the perfect place to create his music.'
