Eva Marcille gushed about her 'forever home' in Atlanta as her ex Kevin McCall filed court documents seeking joint custody of their daughter.
The 34-year-old reality star told Bravo's Home & Design on Thursday about her permanent housing decision.
'We are moving into our forever home. I'm super duper excited to be moving and to just get finally settled here in Atlanta,' she said while giving a preview of season 12 of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.
Los Angeles resident McCall, 34, meanwhile has filed court documents through Atlanta attorney Adamma McKinnon seeking joint physical and legal custody of their five-year-old daughter Marley Rae, according to an article Wednesday by TMZ.
McCall was seeking a change to a previous custody order and said it was in Marley's best interest to 'foster a parental bond' with him, according to court documents.

The Deuces singer also was seeking to have Marley Rae take his last name again as well as an appropriate child support arrangement.
A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Georgia in August approved a petition by Marcille to change the girl's name to Marley Rae Sterling.
Marcille sought the name change request after marrying Atlanta attorney Michael Sterling, 35, in October 2018.
The final decree by the court noted 'that no objections have been timely filed'.
'Kevin McCall was given an ample amount of time to petition any action and never did... the documents speak for themselves and there will be no further comment on this matter at this time,' a representative for Marcille said in a statement to DailyMail.com.
Marcille and Sterling also have a 17-month-old son Michael Todd Sterling Jr together and she announced in June that she was expecting another boy.
She made the gender revelation at the BET Awards in Los Angeles after announcing her pregnancy in May.
Marcille won the third cycle of America's Next Top Model in 2004 at age 19.
She has been appearing since 2011 on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.
Marcille and McCall split in 2014 after she obtained a restraining order against him and full custody of Marley Rae.
