The Riverdale star updated fans about her dogs condition through her Instagram stories on Saturday and thanked fans for the 'outpouring of love.'

'He's okay, he's home with me,' she said. 'He had surgery, he had a big wound on his head so part of his head is shaved. And he has a little puncture wound [under his jaw] that's stitched up.'

She was visually happier and calmer than her message to fans on Friday, as she cried while sharing that Milo was attacked.

Lili spoke directly to the camera, wearing a pink long sleeve tee, no makeup and with her hair in a bun, as she shared her dog was finally home and healing.

'He's okay he's a little timid,' she said. 'He's on pain meds to help because you can tell he's quite uncomfortable with the stitches.'

The experience took a toll not only on Milo but Lili as well as she described it as 'the most terrifying' experience she has ever had.
