With the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation continuously evolving, we want to reassure you that we have worked from day one to ensure that our systems and processes are prepared and ready to support clients and customers through this sustained period of uncertainty. We have followed government guidelines to ensure the integrity of the data we hold and the safety of our staff.
The staff at Medical Insurance Consultants and Dental Insurance Agency are continuing to work, albeit from home in most cases. We have also worked with our IT Partners to ensure that we are able to work with our clients without interruption. Telephone calls can still be transferred from person to person and, should it be required, we have one person working in the office who can access paperwork. We are also keeping in close contact with our Insurers and Third Party Claims Handlers should guidance and advice change.
