Fulham's Ivan Cavaleiro missed the club's third penalty of the season as troubles from 12 yards remain at Craven Cottage.
Cavaleiro was the man to shoulder the responsibility against Everton but the 27-year-old fluffed his lines on Sunday.
Fulham were trailing 3-1 when Ben Godfrey fouled substitute Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the penalty area but Cavaleiro lost his footing as he stepped up.

While other fans claimed Scott Parker's side are 'cursed' when it comes to penalty kicks.
One Tweet read: 'OH MY GOD! WHAT A MISS! Ivan Cavaleiro slips on the penalty and skies it. Fulham are cursed man,' while another said: 'Fulham are cursed lads. Even Mitrovic missed against Scotland lol.'
Mitrovic saw his penalty saved by Scotland goalkeeper David Marshall in Serbia's Euro 2020 play-off earlier this month.
BBC pundit Danny Murphy said: 'The angle's too narrow [on Cavaleiro's approach]. We both know he slipped. It's an unorthodox way of taking a penalty. Get your foot behind it. Whoever's going to take the next one.'

While Lineker added: 'I think Lookman should take the next one with a Panenka, that's the last thing they would have expected.'
Fulham boss Parker said: 'You couldn't have written it. All I can say is that over the last 10 days we have put things in place and worked tirelessly in terms of preparation and understanding the process.
'Ivan is an exceptional penalty taker and last time I was in this situation with Ade's, I was angry and disappointed with the way we missed it, but today these things can happen. Of course disappointed but he slipped, it was one of them things.'
Lookman had the chance to earn a point for Fulham against West Ham in stoppage time earlier this month but his chipped effort was tame and floated straight into the arms of goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.
The 23-year-old vowed to 'put the next one in' after the humiliating attempt but was not given the chance to make amends against Everton this weekend.
