Kanchanaphisek Bridge ( สะพานกาญจนาภิเษก), Thailand’s longest bridge, located in the province of Samut Prakan, is a key part of the Motorway 9 ( ทางหลวงพิเศษ 9) also known as the Outer Ring Road or Kanchanaphisek Road ( ถนนกาญจนาภิเษก). Samut Prakan is the same province that houses Suvarnabhumi Airport ( ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ), the main international arrival point in Thailand and one of the biggest airports in southeast Asia.
The Outer Ring Road is a motorway connecting the outer perimeters of Greater Bangkok or the Bangkok Metropolitan Region ( กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล), BMR for short, and includes the metropolis and the five adjacent provinces of Nakhon Pathom ( นครปฐม), Pathum Thani ( ปทุมธานี), Nonthaburi ( นนทบุรี), Samut Prakan ( สมุทรปราการ), and Samut Sakhon( สมุทรสาคร).
The bridge was inaugurated on November 15, 2007, and has a 500-meter main compass and a complete length of 941 meters. its name comes from the Thai term of the Royal Golden Jubilee ceremony celebrating King Bhumibol Adulyadej‘s 50th anniversary of reign.
Wat Yannawa
Wat Yannawa ( วัดยานนาวา) is located in Sathorn district ( เขตสาทร) at Charoen Krung Road ( ถนนเจริญกรุง). Also called the ship temple, it’s a 3rd class Royal Temple. This large complex is distinguished by the Viharn built into the appearance of a Chinese junk ship, a sailing boat of the 19th century. A Viharn is the place where several Buddhist ceremonies take place and where the faithful come to pray.
It was constructed during the Ayutthaya Kingdom ( อาณาจักรอยุธยา) before the foundation of the Rattanakosin Kingdom ( อาณาจักรรัตนโกสินทร์), and the City of Bangkok. The Wat Yannava is one of the older temples in Bangkok. The original name of the temple during the Ayutthaya Kingdom was Wat Kok Khwai ( วัดคอกควาย)).
ICONSIAM

River City Bangkok is also becoming a prime location to host cultural events and expositions. From 26 April 2019 to 31 July 2019 it was held an immersive multimedia exhibition named From Monet to Kandinsky and of 8 August 2019 started a new one about Italian Renaissance (Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Botticelli) that will be running until 31 October 2019.
Wat Arun
Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn, named after the Indian God Aruna, God of Dawn, is situated at the Thonburi side (western bank) of the Chao Phraya River. It is famous for its cultural importance and tourism relevance and is best known for being one of Bangkok’s top monuments.
Wat Arun is an ancient temple from the Ayutthaya period and was the house of the Emerald Buddha before it was transferred to Wat Phra Kaew in the Grand Palace.
Wat Pho
Wat Pho is one of the oldest temples in Bangkok and exists before King Rama I had already founded Bangkok as Thailand’s capital. Here you can see Thailand’s biggest collection of Buddha images, but the reclining Buddha is this temple’s primary fascination spot.
The reclining Buddha’s name derives from how is this statue’s placed in the temple. it’s settled in such a manner that it looks like the Buddha leans over.
The Grand Palace
