State Benefit Summaries, Posting Notice Requirements, and Payroll Limitations Updated in IRMI Workers Comp
This release of IRMI Workers Comp contains updated
material pertaining to state benefit summaries for Illinois and Louisiana,
state-specific posting notices, and payroll limitations for sole
proprietors, partners, executive officers, and limited liability company
members.
For the month of February 2021, the following states had changes that
affected posting notice requirements.

Hawaii—Update of posting notice now carries a September 21, 2020, date.

North Carolina—Update of posting notice now carries a December 2020
date.
The following states made a change to or reaffirmed their payroll limitation
amounts that are effective March 1, 2021.
