I have known I had phimosis for over a year now, but I found it to be a chore and that it wouldn’t work since I can’t get my fingers in so I just pinch the skin on each side a little and pull apart. But only do it rarely, sometimes I stop for few weeks then do it for a month so ofcouse I’m not seeing progress

How ever tho, last week and a half I can notice progress, I haven’t been stretching tho, I simply just haven’t been able to masterbate since I’ve had to live with my nan for a little while. I’m not sure if I even have phimosis, because the skin seems to be stuck to the head more than the hole being too small, and since I’ve stopped I’ve obviously been avoiding getting dick cheese, and I have got a lot still.

But as I gradually clean it out slowly at a time by pulling when I pinch the foreskin in bath, I seems to be getting not so stuck to the head and it looks like it’s making progress

So my question is, does stop mastebating help it cure itself, or have I even got phimosis, but rather my skin is just stuck to the head by dick cheese?

FYI, been masterbating daily for like 6-8yrs and never knew to clean afterwards, but also FYI I couldn’t pull it back before hand, but also I would of been like 10-13 so it wouldn’t of had time to stretch its self by then before I started collecting dick cheese.

I’m so confused, can you help me know if it’s phimosis or excessive cheese sticking it to the head
