Cooking Directions: Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way. 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. 3. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well.,For use in soups: since pasta will continue to cook in the soup, undercook by 1-3 minutes.

I got 4 servings out of it. It increases in size by a lot. You notice they are really thin uncooked. I cooked mine in the microwave un a spaghetti cooking container. I kept cooking until I was happy with the texture.Flavor and texture isn't icky but it isn't exactly like spaghetti. After your fist bite, it gets better. You can fool yourself into thinking it's "real" spaghetti. ;)I made the whole box just to see how much it would make. Next time I'll just make a single serving. I did put 2 servings in the freezer, I'll edit this once I see how they defrost.

The noodles come out the water really firm but I like how its not much left in the water. I believe the matter that makes a good noodle is the salt content with the absorbing the water. The noodle filling you up with the sauce makes for a good butter content at the same time with the loss of the herbs. The work that is done with making the adjustment with the heartiness of the sauce is one of amazing quality. The brand has made a mark that is hard to beat. The overall taste and aroma reminds me out a fresher noodle but not with the doughy taste. The water temp is always a concern but I like how the value for the buck is consistent with 10 years ago. But the price doesn't make you walk away thinking did I just eat that. The brand gets two Thumbs up but no time to hurt this star for dinner is ready to serve.
