Shailene Woodley gushed on Instagram this Thursday that her 'head + heart' are being 'nurtured' this month.

It emerged this April that the 30-year-old actress split from her NFL fiance Aaron Rodgers after an on-off romance spanning more than a year.

However she revealed in a new Instagram caption that the past month had been a bright spot in her personal life and gushed: 'god i’m grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Shailene name-checked a psychic called Dante Sabatino, 'a beautiful wise italian in new york' who 'told me this would be the best month ever, and he was not wrong.'

Aaron and Shailene struck up their romance and got engaged in the latter part of 2020, remaining together throughout the following year.
