service correction
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same Stylist to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Recitals Hair Salon within 48 hours of the appointment and the correction service must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. If the same service is performed, the service is complimentary. If you would prefer to see a different Stylist to correct the original service, you would be obligated to pay for the service level price difference.
product return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products that you purchased, we are happy to exchange those products for another product of equal or greater value.
cancellation policy
When reserving specialty services (color correction, extensions, smoothing treatments etc) , a credit card number & deposit are required. Credit card will be charged 50% of the service total without 24-hour reschedule or cancellation notice. No show to any appointment may result in full payment of service and future bookings.
