The singer-songwriter and actor made the heartfelt announcement while paying tribute to his wife of more than 11 years on her 42nd birthday on Sunday with a sweet video montage of the actress that's set to Tina Turner's classic song The Best.
The clip also showcases the couple during some of their most endearing moments together over the years, as well as their two sons Phineas, three, and Silas, eight
'There ain't no other way to say it. You're the best. I love you. Happy birthday, ya,' the SexyBack star gushed of Biel in the caption.
The birthday girl would also take to her Instagram page and show off her sense of humor with series of snaps of herself striking a few different poses in an all-black ensemble, with the message: 'Not a mob wife, a mob BOSS.'

Among the first shots of his leading lady shows her doing a martial arts spin kick, and in the gym hitting the weights hard.
There's also a sweet moment when she gives one of her boys a big bear hug while in her arms.
In another, she struck the perfect model pose, as one other showed her nailing a catwalk strut on a balcony.
Towards the end of the clip, the Memphis, Tennessee native added several photos and videos of the couple sharing special moments together, giving each other hugs and kisses.
Biel and Timberlake actually started dating back in January 2007 after meeting at a private club's surprise party, according to the Economic Times.
It wasn't long before they met again when Biel attended one of Timberlake's shows.
From there, they started talking over the phone, building a special connection that led to them to the wedding alter in October 2012 at Borgo Egnazia resort in Fasano, Italy.

The initial North American leg is set to kick off April 29 in Vancouver, Canada, and included stops in cities in the U.S., Europe and the UK, ending in July at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.
