Gisele Bundchen is expanding her career with the launch of her very own cookbook.

It is titled Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul.

Sharing photos from the book to Instagram, the 43-year-old wrote, 'You asked for it and here it is: my cookbook.' 

She continued, 'Now it is available in Portuguese.'

The cover girl - who cried over her ex Tom Brady this week - listed off some of the dishes in her book.

'There are smoothies, salads, soups, along with delicious ways to prepare vegetables, meats, and of course healthy sweets... there is something for everyone,' she noted.

'I can't wait for you to try the recipes and share,' she finished.

Standing over a kitchen island strewn with salads, Gisele is pictured baring her sculpted midriff in an elegant striped crop top on the book's cover. 

'I am so excited to announce my new cookbook, Nourish!' Gisele shared last year.

'People are always asking me what I eat and how I stay fit,' she continued. 

'Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle. 

'In Nourish, I share my family’s favorite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes and some self-care rituals that help me so much in my life especially as a busy, working mom.'

It comes after the stunner broke down in tears as she reflected on her divorce from Tom Brady in a candid new interview.

The supermodel, 43 - who was recently spotted kissing jitsu instructor boyfriend Joaquim Valente - was seen tearing up in a teaser clip from her upcoming interview with Robin Roberts, IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bundchen: Climbing the Mountain.

Bundchen started dating the NFL star, 46, in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before they confirmed they were divorcing in October 2022. They share two children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

But while the model has clearly moved on from the romance with her new jiu jitsu trainer partner, she couldn't help but show her sadness when Roberts asked her about the split - remarking that the supermodel had likened her divorce to 'the death of a dream'.  

Roberts then asked: 'How are you?' with Bundchen responding: 'Well, when you say...' before breaking down.

The fashion icon became visibly emotional when Roberts mentioned the star had likened her split from Brady as 'the death of a dream', breaking down as she tried to answer

She turned away from the camera and said: 'Sorry, guys. I don’t know. Can I have a little moment?'

Roberts also asked Bundchen how she has been juggling co-parenting with Brady, with the fashion star admitting: 'I think there’s easier days than others, and I can only control what I do.'

Bundchen, who has yet to speak publicly about her new romance with Valente, was then asked: 'Would you be able to open up your heart again to someone?' with the star initially hesitating to respond, simply saying: 'Ummm.'

Recovering her composure, she went on: 'Where my heart is now is where I am right now. I’m living my truth, and I’m not apologizing for it.'

She later said her experiences with love have made her realize 'what I want and what I don’t want.'

The former Victoria's Secret Angel went public with her new love Valente when they were spotted kissing in Miami on Valentine's Day in exclusive video obtained by DailyMail.com.

In the clip, the pair were seen putting on a romantic display near the supermodel's home in Miami - marking the first time they had been spotted kissing in public.

The supermodel and her jiu-jitsu instructor were seen embracing in her Miami neighborhood on Valentine's Day 

Despite their lack of public displays of affection, the pair are said to have been dating since June, with Page Six reporting they were first spotted together more than a year ago.

Rumors that they were an item started to swirl in November 2022, just weeks after Brady and Bundchen confirmed their divorce, when Valente was photographed on holiday with the supermodel and her children in Costa Rica.

The pair have also enjoyed trips to their native Brazil together.

But insiders close to Bundchen have persistently attempted to quash the 'love' talk, with the model herself deflecting when asked about the alleged romance during an interview with Vanity Fair last March.

'I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything,' she told the publication of the rumors.

However, she happily went on to lavish praise on Valente, as well as his brothers Pedro and Gui, who run the Valente Brothers Jiu-Jitsu studio with him.

She continued: 'I’m so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially.

'He’s our teacher and, most importantly, he’s a person that I admire and that I trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.'

Gisele is sharing custody of her children with their dad Tom and an insider said they are still her priority over romance.

The source said: 'It's so hard with divorce, but the kids know they're together now. They really like Joaquim.'

Meanwhile Brady has moved on with supermodel Irina Shayk, 37 - although a source told Page Six that he is trying to focus much of his energies on 'kids and work', while denying rumors that he was already considering tying the knot again. 

'Anything that says he wants to get married again is just made up,' the insider claimed.

However divorce is not the only heartbreaking topic that the supermodel may cover in her interview, which is due to air in full on March 7. 

Gisele was left devastated when her mother Vânia Nonnenmacher passed away from cancer on January 28, with another insider telling Page Six that Valente had been a 'rock' of support for the model in the midst of her ongoing grief.

One source has also told People about Gisele's relationship with Joaquim: 'They come from similar backgrounds. They both left Brazil very young.

'They have both created amazing lives for themselves in the US. They both love Miami but also enjoy traveling. They both enjoy healthy living.

'Gisele's in a great space. She is happy and very much enjoying life. Joaquim is perfect for her.'
