'We deserve the victory
Speaking to Sky Sport's, Chelse boss Mauricio Pochettino reflected on the Blue's 3-2 win against Brighton: 'We deserve the victory because when you analyse the game we played the game in every period that the game expects of us. We were very competitive.
'It was an important victory for us because after Newcastle we needed to show a different face and the team's response was really good.'
Adding on Gallagher's sending off, he said: 'I told the players at half-time that this was a massive opportunity for us and a massive challenge to show that we are a real team. That was how we took the second half.'
'I don't think we played well in the first half' - Moyes
David Moyes has spoken out on his side's performance after their 1-1 draw to Crystal Palace.
Moyes said to Sky Sports: 'I don't think we played particularly well in the first half but we got ourselves a goal in front.
'Quite often in the Premier League there's tight 1-0 games but then you've got to make sure you don't concede.'
Chelsea fans fume at Conor Gallagher
Gallagher was sent off in the first half of Chelsea's 3-2 win against Brighton after he conceded two yellow cards.
The Chelsea captain was given his marching orders by Craig Pawson after he recklessly pulled down Billy Gilmoure just before half-time.
Fans online have slammed him for conceding the foul that got him sent off, after he became the second Chelsea captain to be sent off in consecutive games.
One fan wrote 'Conor Gallagher RED CARD!', with a siren emoji, adding: '2 Chelsea Captains sent off in 2 weeks. This lack of discipline from our leaders is completely unacceptable FFS!'
Liverpool comeback to seal victory at the death
There was late drama at Anfiled with Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold both scoring in the final minutes of the match to help Liverpool overturn Fulham's lead and claim a 4-3 victory.
There were some sensatonal goals too, with Alexander-Arnold netting twice in the game before Alexis Mac Allistere produced a wonderous long-range strike in the 38th minute.
Mail Sport's Lewis Steee has all the reaction below...
Chelsea bounce back!
Enzo Fernandez scored his first Premier League goal for Chelsea as Mauricio Pochettino's side bounced back from their 4-1 defeat by Newcastle last week to beat Brighton 3-2 on Sunday.
Fernandez put the home side 1-0 up inside 20 minutes heading home a cross from Benoit Badiashile. Levi Colwill followed up with their second not long after heading in.
Facundo Buonanotte pulled a goal back for Brighton, smashing the ball past Robert Sanchez in net just before half-time.
But there was drama before the break, with Chelsea captain Conor Gallagher conceding his second yellow card of the match and was sent off.
Fernandez would follow up with his second goal scoring from the spot after James Milner brought Mykhailo Mudryk down inside the box.
Brighton rescued a goal late from Benicio Baker-Boaitey and continued to press on Chelsea, but the Blues shut up shop to secure the three points.

FT: LIVERPOOL 4-3 FULHAM
Jurgen Klopp's side made a dramatic comeback to bounce back after Bobby De Cordova-Reid scored late on in the match to put Fulham 3-2 up.
But in a game that was filled with some sensational goals, Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold scored two sensational goals in the 87th and 88th minute of the match.
While it was all smiles on the pitch, Liverpool were pushed hard by Fulham throughout, with Alexis Mac Allister also scoring a sensational goal.
A lot of confusion here!
It looked like Craig Pawson had pointed to the penalty spot following his review.
But he has not given the penalty. Despite that it should be a corner after the ball went out of play off a Chealsea player.
But he has not given the penalty. Despite that it should be a corner after the ball went out of play off a Chealsea player.
Instead he's given a drop ball and Chelsea will re-take possession despite having weathered several late attacks from brighton.
FT: BOURNEMOUTH 2-2 ASTON VILLA
Aston Villa steal a point right at the death! It was a gripping game at the Vitality Stadium with Unai Emery's side coming back twice to claim a draw.
Antonoine Semenyo scored the opener inside 10 minutes before Leon Bailey struck for the away side not long after.
Dominic Solanke scored for the Cherries after half-time to give them the lead, but it was Watkins who rescued a point with a final goal for Villa.
GOAL! LIVERPOOL SCORE QUICKFIRE BRACE
Wow the goals are raining in now! Liverpool have just turned the match on its head.
Mohamed Salah tees up Wataru Endo on the edge of the box and he rifles in a sturnning shot into the back of the net to pull Liverpool level at 3-3.
Trent Alexander-Arnold hits back less than a minute later, driving another brilliant strike into the bottom-left corner of the goal from outside the penalty area!
What a comeback! Surely that will be the game?
LIVERPOOL 4-3 FULHAM
But Brighton aren't letting up here
Roberto De Zerbi's side are still pushing to pull one back. And they've got a free-kick in a dangerous position.
Joao Pedro pulls off a neat piece of skill putting the ball through Fernandez's legs before he his pulled down by the Chelsea player.
Gross takes the free-kick which is 25-yards away from the left side of the goal, but Sanchez collects it.
Pochettino rings in the changes
Broja, who is a target for Fulham, who are currently drawing 2-2 with Liverpool, comes on for Mudryk, with less than ten minutes to go here at Stamford Bridge.
Finally Fernandez gets his goal
Fernandez scores his first-ever Premier League goal!
After joining the club in January, he has only scored once for Chelsea in the EFL Cup.
But today he scored twice to help the Blues take a commanding lead.
Meanwhile Brighton are continuing to attack Chelsea but have not been clinical enough with their final pass.
Big chance for Milner, as VAR checks for a penalty
He's just come on and with his first kick of the game he fires a belting shot towards the goal from just off the edge of the penalty area.
It goes out for a corner and Chelsea counter!
Mudryk is played through and Milner gets back to challenge him for the ball.
It's a great run back from milner but he leans into the Ukrainian and he brings him down inside the box, with Mudryk one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
VAR is checking the challenge now!
GOAL! BOURNEMOUTH 2-1 ASTON VILLA
Bournemouth take the lead with Solanke, who missed two shots in the first half finally getting on the score sheet!
He collects a pass inside the penalty area before unleashing a low strike at tgoal which glides past the left-post.
It's his seventh goal of the season across all competitions, with Solanke having also scored a brace in Bournemouth's 2-0 win against Newcastle last week.
GOAL! WEST HAM 1-1 CRYSTAL PALACE
Palace pull one back! It's a terrible pass out of defence from Mavropanos who undercooks the pass to Aguerd, with Edouard taking possession, before driving a shot past Areola.
It's a clumsy goal to concede, with Palace growing back into the match. having had nine attempts on goal to West Ham's four.
Fans left baffled Leno was allowed to play on
The Fulham goalkeeper suffered a nasty eye injury during their game against Liverpool.
His eye seemed to swell up and close over during the match but was allowed to play on after receiving treatment on the pitch.
And fans have been left baffled at how the goalkeeper was allowed to play on!
Half-time in our 2pm fixtures
It's half-time in all of our 2pm fixtures.
Ten-men Chelsea lead brighton 2-1 at Stamford Bridge, with Fernandez and Colwill giving the Blues an early lead.
They were delt a huge blow after Conor Gallagher was sent off after he was given a second yellow card for a careless tackle on Gilmour.
Meanwhile, Fulham have pulled two goals back against Liverpool, despite two stunning efforts from Mac Allister and Alexander-Arnold, with Wilson and Tete scoring for Fulham.
West Ham lead Crystal Palace 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kudus while Bournemouth and Aston Villa are currently level 1-1.
GOAL! LIVERPOOL 2-1 FULHAM
What a goal! It's Alexis Mac Allister with a stunning strike with Jurgen Klopp going wild on the touchline.
Mac Allister is miles out from goal but sends the ball straight into the top-right corner.
Liverpool have had nine goal attempts against Fulham's two, with the Reds also having five shots on goal.
Yet, Klopp was also just seen giving Darwin Nunez an earful for losing possession...
GOAL! LIVERPOOL 1-1 FULHAM
Excellent goal from Fulham. Robinson breaks down the left channel before crossing to Wilson arriving in the penalty area to tap in the excellent cross.
With Alexander-Arnold pushing into midfield, teams have been able to capitalise on the extra space left on Liverpool's right channel.
And that's exactly what Robinson has done here, utilising his pace to fly down the wing and put a great ball in for Wilson.
Meanwhile, here's a shot of Alexander-Arnold's previous goal.
GOAL! CHELSEA 2-0 BRIGHTON!
Colwill adds the second on his return to the side! Nicolas Jackson heads a cross from a corner back into the six-yard box, where Colwill is waiting.
He sees the ball coming and nods in to double the lead.
Chelsea are all over Brighton at the minute and could have been a couple of goals up by now.
Bernd Leno suffers a nasty knock
Leno had dived at the feet of Diaz to stop him from advancing on goal but appeared to take a knock on the head during the challenge.
He stayed down before receiving some treatment before playing on.
There were some bloodied swabs left on the floor after his medical assessment.
GOAL! WEST HAM 1-0 CRYSTAL PALACE!
Things are starting to heat up now as West Ham take the lead at the london Stadium.
Soucek flies down the right side before crossing a great ball in to the penalty area.
Kudus is there to meet the cross and guides a right-footed shot past Johnstone in goal.
A great start for the Hammers!
Chelsea pay their respects to former player Terry Venables
Ahead of this afternoon's match, Chelsea have paid their tributes to their former player Terry Venables, who sadly passed away last week, aged 80.
Both teams gathered around the middle of the pitch and paid respect to the former player and manager with a round of applause.

Here's a reminder of today's 2pm kick-offs:
Bournemouth v Aston Villa
Chelsea v Brighton
Liverpool v Fulham
West Ham v Crystal Palace
Cole Palmer OUT of Chelsea's starting XI
Palmer was not named in Chelsea's starting eleven for today's match after having picked up a knock in midweek.
Despite that, he'll start on the bench today, after having a stand out season so far for Chelsea, while also making his senior international debut for England.
The 21-year-old has had a busy couple of months since joining Chelsea from Man City in the summer and considering how good he's been for the Blues, should the Treble winners have sold him?
Klopp lauds Fulham star as one of the 'greatest in Premier League history'
Ahead of their crunch Premier League meeting against Fulham this afternoon, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has lauded one Fulham star. as 'the greatest players the Premier League ever saw'.
He added on Fulham's manager: ‘Marco is a top manager, he’s doing a brilliant job in a strong league, I’m not saying they are overachieving but they are doing particularly well and it’s a really good football team.
‘It’s just a good football team, well set up and it makes it special, and their little stadium there, they can create a proper atmosphere and we’ve had our struggles there.'
Iraola believes Villa will demand a 'good level' from Bournemouth
Ahead of Bournemouth's clash against Aston Villa, Andoni Iraola belives his side will need to be on top form to beat today's opposition.
'I think we have been much better recently. We need a good level today because the opposition will demand it.
'They are playing really well and have good forwards but I think we are in a good moment and have players who can damage them. I have faced Unai Emery a lot, especially as a player, and it's going to be a tough challenge.'
Mauricio Pochettino rips into his 'soft' Chelsea stars
Mauricio Pochettino gave his Chelsea team the hair dryer treatment following their 4-1 defeat by Newcastle.
It was a disappointing defeat for Pochettino's side with the manager revealing he 'told truths' to his players after the match.
Will his strong words give them a bit of extra motivation today?

'Everybody likes to play as a football player and in december and january you can make the best of it.'
On today's opponents he added: 'Great team. We have to be there from the beginning. We cannot give them anything and hopefully it will not happen.'
West Ham vs Crystal Palace team news

Chelsea team news
Mauricio Pochettino has made several changes to his Chelsea teamt to take on Brighton today.
In defence Axel Disasi comes in for Marc Cucrella while Levi Colwill replaces the suspended Reece James.
Moises Caicedo comes in for Lesley Ugochukwu while Mykhailo Mudryk starts in attack in place of Conor Gallagher.
Pochettino reveals he had a one-on-one meeting with Moises Caicedo
Amid his inconsistent recent form, Mauricio Pochettino has admitted that he had a one-one-one meeting with Moises Caicedo in a bid to help the Ecuadorian improve his form.
Pochettino said: 'Before this press conference, he was in my office for twenty minutes. It is easy because we speak Spanish. It is a subconscious process and that is a problem - only in time can you adapt.'
Will the Ecuadorian start today? Find out in just a moment as we'll have all the latest team news from each club coming up next!
And Fulham are in the house at Anfield!
Fulham are interestingly without a win against teams who begin this weekend's fixtures in the top half of the Premier League table.
But Liverpool will need to expect Fulham to battle right to the end, with Marco Silva's side having scored eight of their last nine Premier League goals in the second half of games this season.
Gakopo at the double!
Cody Gakpo scored a brace of goals during Liverpool's 4-0 win against LASK in the Europa League on Thursday.
The Reds are in decent fettle at the moment, but will be hoping for more consistency having won just two of their last five matches across all competitions.
Despite that, Liverpool will be buoyed by their 1-1 draw against Man City last weekend at the Etihad and Klopp will be looking for more of the same this afternoon.
In their past five meetings, Liverpool have only been beaten by Fulham once, with the Merseyside club winning two of those five fixtures, drawing the rest.
Fulham, meanwhile, come into this match off the back of a dramatic 3-2 win against Wolves, which saw the Cottagers be awarded a last-minute penalty by VAR - a decision which has been vehemently slammed by Wolves boss Gary O'Neil this week.
A peek inside Chelsea's dressing room...
Winless in their last two matches, Chelsea come into today's clash at Stamford Bridge 11th in the table and needing a win.
Mauricio Pochettino admitted this week that he gave his players the hair dryer treatment after their 4-1 defeat by Newcastle, but they face an equally stern test today against Brighton.
In their last five meetings, Chelsea and Brighton have beaten eachother twice, drawing their only other game.
But the Blues have only won one of their last five league matches and trail their visitors by six points.
Roberto De Zerbi's side, in stark contrast, haven't lost in their last five outings.
But Brighton have suffered several injury blows this season, and will be without Ansu Fati and Tariq Lamptey for some time.
Will Jarrod Bowen start today?
The West Ham forward has been out of action for the past two games after picking up a minor injury during the last international break.
We've just seen him walking down the side of the pitch with his West Ham team-mates and it's a good sign that the England star could be ready to make his comeback from injury.
Bowen has been pivotal for the Irons this year, scoring nine goals in 16 appearances across all competitions.
While West Ham have won both of the games he has been absent for, they come up against a tough Crystal Palace team today, who are gunning to end a two-match losing streak.
Good afternoon!
Hello and welcome to our live blog for this afternoon's Premier League matches!
We've got a big day of action coming up with four games kicking off at 2.00pm this afternoon.
Chelsea are hoping to undo the disappointment of their 4-1 defeat by Newcastle last week as they host Roberto De Zerbi's Brighton at Stamford Bridge.
Brighton come into the match off the back of a good run of form, with the Seagulls having not lost in their last five outings across all competitions.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are also in action this afternoon as they welcome Fulham to Anfield. Jurgen Klopp's side sealed a 4-0 win against LASK in midweek, while Fulham come into this match off the back of a 3-2 win against Wolves that has sparked plenty of discussions around VAR.
West Ham are also back in action this afternoon against London rivals Crystal Palace, with Jarrod Bown eyeing up a potential return from injury.
And lastly Bournemouth host high-flying Aston Villa, as the Cherries look to claim their third win on the bounce.
