A Taylor Swift and Disney+ production that was planned for Wednesday at the legendary Hollywood sign has been called off.

Hollywood residents were reportedly outraged by the disruption, but Philip Sokoloski of FilmLA, which handles city film permits, told TMZ on Tuesday that the production was scrapped.

No reason was given for the change.

Disney+ earlier said that pop superstar Taylor, 34, would not be in attendance or performing during the shoot.

Neighbors considered the planned three-day long production as a giant eyesore that has brought in loads of foot traffic and commotion upsetting their peace and life.

TMZ reported that various home associations and organizations were in contact with one another over the project and reportedly were not thrilled to learn Taylor would soon be in their vicinity.

The actual date of filming was scheduled for March 13 - just one day before Taylor releases her concert film, Taylor Swift The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version), on Disney+ on March 14.

The website obtained the film permit neighbors received informing them of the production, which states what residents can expect during the project.

The permit said the crew would be prepping for the shoot on Tuesday, March 12 from 9AM to 10PM, followed by the actual film date of Wednesday, March 13, which also scheduled to last from 9AM to 10PM.

The crew was set to tear down the set on Thursday, March 14, another all-day endeavor scheduled to last from 9AM to 10PM, according to the permit.

The permit stated that filming will consist of 'aerial photography with remote control aircraft' with drone activity set to occur on Wednesday from 7PM to 10PM.

It also stated the purpose of the shoot is to film 'Disney + TS.'

While it is unclear what tracks that did not make the original cut were chosen, it's likely that the songs will be from the three shows filmed at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Some contenders include No Body, No Crime, alongside the Haim sisters, I Can See You, You Are in Love and Death by a Thousand Cuts.

The Eras Tour concert film, which pulled in $96 million in ticket sales on its opening weekend, even earned a Golden Globe nomination for Cinematic and Box-Office Achievement.
