Lily Collins is thrilled the Spice Girls shared a photo of her in one of their T-shirts to wish the actress a happy 35th birthday: 'What a gift!'

Lily Collins was thrilled that the Spice Girls acknowledged her on her birthday.

The Emily in Paris star, who turned 35-years-old last week, took to Instagram Stories to share what happened.

Turns out the Spice Girls posted a photo of Lily in an old Spice Girls T-shirt while writing over the image: 'Happy birthday @lilyjcollins.'

Collins then re-shared the image on her own Instagram Stories and seemed overwhelmed in the caption.

'I actually cannot deal with this. What a gift,' she wrote in all caps and added a mind blown emoji.

The daughter of rock icon Phil Collins, 73, is a well-known super fan of the Spice Girls and attended the 2019 Spice World concert.

Once she recovered from the shock of the Spice Girls' post, she continued to celebrate her birthday with her husband Charlie McDowell and their very cute dog Redford.

'Celebrating today the most special way possible. I never could have imagined after @starmandarren called me on my 30th asking me to be Emily that 5 years later, I’d be married to my favorite person with our hilarious pup visiting the set of season 4! 35 is my new favorite birthday already…,' she captioned the series of snaps.

The couple and their dog appeared to be on the lot of a film studio.

Last month, Lily revealed she was back to filming her hit Netflix series, Emily in Paris, just a year after its season three finale ended on a cliffhanger.

Following a two-month delay due to Hollywood's long, contentious writers' and actors' strikes, the British-American actress shared a selfie of herself holding a script from a table read.

'Did someone say Saison Quatre?! Finally reunited with my @emilyinparis fam back in Paris and it feels so good,' she captioned her post.

Two-time Golden Globe nominee Lily continued: 'Although, I may need to brush up on my selfie skills for Emily’s sake.'

The script she held up was written by Grant Sloss, who serves as a supervising producer and script writer for Emily in Paris.

Production on the popular Netflix romantic comedy which features tons of enviable fashions began in January.

The streamer has yet to announce when Season Four will be released, but Lily gave a few hints about what will happen in a teaser released on YouTube.

'It's safe to say we ended on a dramatic note last season,' she said referring to the cliffhanger ending in which Lucas Bravo's Gabriel was left at the alter by Camille Razat's Camille, only to discover Gabriel will soon become a dad.

Emily and Gabriel have been locked in a 'will they or won't they' tug of war since Season one.
