'I love you so much it actually hurts… your properly grown up now little one to please pass your driving test soon…. have the best day ever love Dad xxxxx.'

It comes after last month Jamie revealed he and wife Jools would love to grow their family more and have a sixth baby.

Speaking to The Sun, he revealed: 'I am trying to move on to the next stage, but Jools keeps trying to drag me back! Seriously we would have loved a sixth if it happened.

'But we are so lucky to have the family we have and I am so happy. Exhausted, but happy.'

It comes after Jools became emotional back in October as she waved her eldest child Poppy off at the airport to embark on an 'adventure of a lifetime'.

The parents said goodbye to Poppy, 22, and her boyfriend Ben as they headed off travelling.

Prior to her travels Poppy graduated from Leeds University in July with a degree in English and Creative Writing.

Jools took to Instagram to share a few snaps of their goodbye and admitted the farewell was a parenting milestone she didn't enjoy.

She wrote: 'Oh my word well that was SO hard another milestone of parenting that I am not that into!

'Have the time of your life little pops we are so proud of you and Ben make the most of every single minute and have the adventure of a lifetime. It goes without saying that each and everyone one of us are going to miss you so deeply.

'I have lost my little school run/coffee mates now you and Dase have both almost flown the nest just be safe and happy and look after each other xxx it goes without saying that I am counting down the days till you come home LOVE YOU xxxx'.

Jools has also been incredibly open about how she endured five heartbreaking miscarriages which left her contemplating IVF treatment.

In 2021 she told Life & Soul with Zoe Clark-Coates: 'So I have thought about IVF because having researched it and spoken to some amazing people, it seems like the right option for my age.

'But you know that's it's hard because also I've got a partner you know, I've got to think about him I'm not so sure he's that keen to do it that way. So I don't want to push anything, because I'm very lucky.

'I presume when I get to an age when I'm in the menopause. I will think actually ''thank God'' I will feel relieved that it's not possible and I can just carry on with my life and you know, relax, because it's always in the back of your head, that's the problem.'

Although Jools has always spoken up about her miscarriages, she said that she was unsure if she 'would have survived' her second miscarriage had she not demanded medical help.

At first, medical staff asked Jools to 'just walk' to the hospital while she endured what she described as 'a murder scene' amount of blood loss.

Jools spoke to Zoe Clark-Coates, the founder of the Saying Goodbye charity, urging women to speak up about miscarriage.

She told the baby loss advice and support charity that more needs to be done for women who have endured the pain of a miscarriage.

'Having had five [miscarriages], I know a lot needs to change for other people much younger than me who will go through this.'
