We group our products in four "families" and they are designed to work together as part of one comprehensive analytics platform. To better reflect this unity, our products will be renamed under the Predictive Analytics Software (PASW) portfolio umbrella.
Over the next year, you will see new naming introduced with each release of our software products.
Rest assured that these name changes don't change the foundational technology on which you've come to count. We're continuing to build on our 40 year legacy with new products, enhanced performance, and robust deployment capabilities.

A: PASW stands for Predictive Analytics Software. It is the new umbrella name of the portfolio of products provided by SPSS Inc.

A: Every product from SPSS Inc. will see a name change in part or whole. For some, it will simply be the substitution of PASW to its former name (PASW Statistics replacing SPSS Statistics, for example). For others, a new name has been chosen so that the product’s function or relationship to other products is clearer (PASW Modeler replacing Clementine and PASW Data Collection replacing Dimensions, for example).
A: New names will appear on invoices just as old names appeared.
