In the top ranking example, 'food' and 'miniature' are each used twice. In the second example,
'food' is used 6 times, considerably more than in the first example. And 'miniature' is used twice as well. However,
the frequency of 'miniature' is not as high as in the first example, nor does the second example
have any meta tag description or keyword list. These are strong factors which play against the second example,
causing it to come up lower than the first example in a search for 'miniature food'.
Our third example has a strong set of meta tags, which we would assume place it above the second example in relevancy. However,
it's nowhere near the second example. It's not even in the top 50 results searching for 'miniature food'! Why?
As we've stated before, there are many factors which determine a site's listing in search engines. Keyword
frequency is a reported factor in this ranking scheme, and these numbers seem to indicate that. Certainly based on
the meta tags we'd assume that example 3 should rank higher than example 2, but it doesn't.
