Mileage Credit Request Do you have flight mileage that hasn't been applied to your WorldPerks Account? You may use the form below to request credit to your account. Retroactive credit will not be given for flights taken prior to enrollment into the WorldPerks program. You must submit your mileage credit request within nine months of the date of your flight or a claimed discrepancy cannot be considered for credit. Please provide your ticket number, WorldPerks Account number and a date of travel. You will receive credit for each segment you have flown. If you have not yet completed your return travel, be sure to have your WorldPerks Account number added to your reservation. Your ticket number can be found on your E-Ticket Trip Summary Receipt, or your ticket, starting with "012." If your ticket was purchased with a credit card, a "012" ticket number may appear on your credit card statement. If your purchase was made through a travel agent, they may be able to provide a copy of your ticket if you no longer have your travel documents. If your ticket number begins with anything other than "012", click here. All requests for mileage credit are subject to verification and approval by Northwest Airlines. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
