We are pleased to offer our Northwest Airlines E-Ticket customers the opportunity to Check-in online, print your boarding pass and head straight to the gate. In addition, you can change your seat or flight, update your Frequent Flyer number, purchase an E-First upgrade and Elite members can upgrade to First Class.

Please note: The nwa.com Check-In service is available less than 24 hours and more than 90 minutes prior to flight departure. Please see a Northwest agent at the airport for Check-in if you are within 90 minutes of departure.

To begin the nwa.com Check-In process you will need:

  1. An E-Ticketed reservation for travel between destinations served by Northwest Airlines in all 50 United States.
  2. A printer with 8.5"x11" white paper for your boarding pass and receipt. Please print each document on a separate piece of paper with margins set at .5" or less.
  3. At the airport you can check your luggage curbside (where available) or plan to bring carry-on luggage only and go straight to your gate.
