What is E-Biz Perks?
This is a specially designed, FREE reward program for employees of small to mid-sized companies who fly on Northwest Airlines and designated Alliance Partners. This product allows you to book and ticket your Northwest Airlines and partner flights, hotel and car reservations online.

Who can use E-Biz Perks?
Any small to mid-size company in the United States that does not currently have an incentive program with Northwest Airlines may use E-Biz Perks.

Why should I use E-Biz Perks?
For every $1 dollar spent on business travel to/from Detroit, Minneapolis/St.Paul or Memphis, your company earns one(1) E-Biz Perks Point.* For travel to/from all other destinations, your company earns two (2) E-Biz Perks Points* per $1 dollar spent on airfare.

Points are posted to your account 6 weeks after the trip has been completed. You can view your account balance or redeem points at any time on-line. Use these rewards as gifts for employees, to motivate your sales force, or for future business travel. It's your choice.

In addition, each employee earns 5,000 WorldPerks Bonus Miles after they book their first trip through E-Biz Perks. Travelers earn WorldPerks Miles for all trips booked through E-Biz Perks.

*E-Biz Perks Points are credited to your account on a daily basis after trip is completed. Points awarded for airfare only purchased through Northwest E-Biz Perks. Award point values are subject to change at Northwest's discretion and without advanced notification. See Terms and Conditions for more detail.

How do I register my company?
The person who registers your company takes on the role of Travel Contact. They will have responsibility for:

• Ensuring that all of the travelers at your company are registered in E-Biz Perks
• Distributing rewards on a quarterly basis

You may wish to have a non-traveling employee (such as a secretary or administrative assistant) serve in this role. The travel contact can also make all of the bookings for your company.
