What is the nwa.com Club?

The nwa.com Club is an online travel program designed to bring members substantial savings when using Northwest Airlines web site, nwa.com, flying Northwest Airlines, and for using our WorldPerks partners.

How much does it cost to become a member of nwa.com Club?

The cost to become a member is $35.

When will I receive my membership kit?

Your membership confirmation will be sent via email after your registration has been processed.  If you do not receive your 'kit' via email, please contact us.

Can I use expired E-Certs?

No. Every travel discount contains specific travel dates, blackout dates, and other restrictions that cannot be altered.

No. The nwa.com Club program is designed to be an online, paperless program.

How do I take advantage of my E-Certs?

To redeem your E-Certs on nwa.com, go to nwa.com. Sign in and fill out your tr avel information. In step 4, enter the information from the E-Cert you received in your membership kit to receive your discount. A gold star next to the fare will indicate that your discount has been applied.

Am I registered?

When you have successfully registered online, you will receive an on-screen acknowledgement. Within one (1) business day, you will receive an email with your membership information. If you do not receive your membership information within this time period, send us an email.

For how long is my membership valid?

Your membership will be valid for one year from the date you register.

How and when do I renew my nwa.com Club membership?

Your nwa.com Club membership is valid for one (1) year from the time you enroll. To renew your membership, please visit www.nwa.com/club/register.

How can I obtain a paper receipt for my nwa.com Club membership?

For a receipt for the club expense, simply use your credit card receipt or a print out of the registration confirmation page.

What are E-Cert Travel Certificates?

Our Electronic Certificates (E-Certs) make planning your next trip easy and convenient! E-Certs allow us to provide our customers with promotional offers that are redeemable online.  There is nothing to mail or bring to the airport. Certain restrictions apply. Please see terms and conditions of each specific offer.

Can the E-Certs be used to purchase tickets for other members of my family?

nwa.com Club E-Certs are non-transferable. They must be redeemed by the nwa.com Club member to which they were issued and cannot be used by anyone other than the enrolled member.

Can I use multiple Northwest Airlines Dollars-Off E-Certs on one purchase?

No. nwa.com Club E-Certs are not combinable and are not valid with any other coupon, certificate, discount, bonus, or WorldPerks air travel Award.

How do I take advantage of the Cash and Miles program?

To redeem your Cash and Miles certificate, go to Award Travel Reservations. Fill out the information on your departing flight. At the bottom of the page, enter the Reference Code and Certificate Number you received in your membership kit. This will enable you to receive the special Cash and Miles fare.

How many times can I use my benefits?

Each individual benefit has different limitations. For example, Hertz offers unlimited use of their discount to nwa.com Club members. The number of redemptions allowed with each nwa.com Club travel E-Cert varies. Click here to view the terms and conditions of each offer.

If I am already a member of Earthlink or have a WorldPerks Visa, can I still take advantage of their special offers for Club members?

These offers are only valid for new Earthlink or U.S. Bank customers who are also members of nwa.com Club.

Can I use my E-Certs on any Northwest Global Alliance partner?

Yes, but only on certain flights and alliance partners. Be sure to review the complete terms and conditions of each offer.

Can I use my certificate for a flight I booked before I joined nwa.com Club?

No. Certificates cannot be used retroactively.

When will I be credited my bonus miles for joining nwa.com Club and referring a friend?

Enrollment Bonus Miles will be posted to your WorldPerks account six to eight weeks after you enroll in nwa.com Club. There is a limit of one (1) 2,000-miles bonus per nwa.com Club membership/WorldPerks account annually.

Miles for referring a friend will appear in your WorldPerks account six to eight weeks after your friend joins nwa.com Club.

How do I request a change to my email address?

You may change your email address by logging into nwa.com Club. On the left side of the page you may select 'modify email.' Enter the appropriate information, review the verification screen and then you may submit your new information. All future nwa.com Club emails will be sent to your new email address.

I entered incorrect personal information when registering. How do I change this?

To submit a change to your personal information, email us with your name, WorldPerks number and your change request.

Why am I receiving an error message stating my name is incorrect when trying to register?

The spelling of your name must match what we have in our WorldPerks database. Please use the name on your WorldPerks card when registering.
