Either you or FFA NET may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Austin, Texas necessary to protect the rights or property of you or FFA NET pending the completion of arbitration. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules and regulations with a 30 day notice.
