Returns Policy
Our returns policy is simple.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return merchandise for a
full refund (excluding shipping). If
the item was engraved or imprinted free of errors, then we cannot provide a
refund on those items. If
errors were made in the engraving or imprinting of any item, we will replace
those items with the correct engraving. You must call and obtain an
RMA # before returning merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without
proper authorization.
