Disturbed Caribbean weather
Wed Jun 5, 5:24 AM ET, weather.com
A trough of low pressure that extends from the southeastern Gulf of Mexico to the Yucatan Peninsula is producing heavy rain. The main area of rain extends from Cuba to the Yucatan. Tropical development isn't impossible from systems like this one but upper-level winds are too strong for anything to develop in the near future. Some rain may move up into Florida over the next couple of days, however.
