Will Call tickets are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the venue.
You may need to present your confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase tickets
and a picture identification. Each venue has its own location for picking-up your will call
tickets. See the event description for this information.
If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 14 days
after your order is made to receive your tickets. For express delivery orders,
please allow at least 2 business days. If you have not received your tickets
within 48 hours of the event, please Contact
us.
We send tickets via UPS and FedEx only in the United States to the billing
address of the charge card holder. Tickets sent via U.S. postal mail can be
sent within the U.S. or Canada.
Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a
ticket order that can delay processing and delivery.
Ticket orders are processed the next business day. Please refer to the following chart to determine which shipping method is best for you:
