The HTML Writers Guild is primarily a virtual organization; our staff and volunteers are located around the globe. Thus, the easiest way to reach us is via email. Membership Questions

Lost Password or Member ID

If you have lost your membership ID number (7 digit number) or your password, please write to membership@iwanet.org and include your full name, any email addresses you might have signed up under, and your membership ID (if you remember it).

Member Application Problems

Before sending mail on Member Application Problems, be sure to read the New Member FAQ. If you continue to have problems, send mail to membership@iwanet.org.

Logo Program

The Guild's logo is provided for use by our members and others who wish to link to the HTML Writers Guild; it is not intended for use as a seal of quality or a guarantee of conduct. If you have questions about our logo policy, you can write to membership@hwg.org.

List Guides

The Mailing List Administrator help you with problems regarding subscribing and unsubscribing. Please check the relevant mailing list page for instructions before mailing the List Admin. The List Admin's address is lo-manager@hwg.org.

AWARE Center

The HTML Writers Guild sponsors the Accessible Web Authoring Resources and Education Center, a central repository for information related to creating accessible websites for people with disabilities. You learn more about the Center at aware.hwg.org.
