Why do I need to verify my email address? All Yahoo! Auctions bidders and sellers are asked to verify their email address. We can help ensure better communication and smoother transactions between buyers and sellers after the auction by verifying email addresses. Also, we can send email notifications when something happens with an auction in you're involved in. From the Yahoo! Auction home page, click the "Sign up now!" link to begin the registration process. During registration, a confirmation message with directions on how to sign in to Yahoo! Auctions is emailed to the non-Yahoo! email address you entered at the time of registration.
