of the box except on our specialty items like gift baskets,
engraved items and any item that we
offer free gift wrapping on, then you may send a

ORDER TRACKING
Our online Yahoo store has order tracking, this enables
you to check on the status of your order at any time.
We will also mail you an invoice with your order number,
item number, quantity and price paid.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, excluding
our engraved items, which we try to ship within
3 days.
We ship all merchandise via UPS or USPS.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order,
it
normally takes less time than this.
Most of our items are shipped UPS with an
available tracking
number once your order has been shipped.
Some of our items are shipped USPS and delivery
confirmation will be used for this.
We also offer order tracking numbers through
our Yahoo store.
We offer air shipping at 50% of your order total,
please note that custom items cannot be shipped express.

Note: We cannot refund a purchase for an engraved item
unless the mistake was ours on the inscription, due
to the nature of custom merchandise. If we have made a
mistake on the inscription, we will rush a replacement to
you right away. We take extreme pride in our engraved
items and each item is inspected thoroughly before
shipping.
We have expert craftsmen engraving our items, every
item is
a very high quality product.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied
with our quality products for any reason, simply return
the item to us...within the 30 day time limit. We will
either refund your money or ship another item for you.
All returned merchandise must be in original unused
condition. Please use delivery confirmation when
mailing returns (only 40 cents extra) so that we both will
not have any misunderstandings about package returns.
All returns should be sent with the invoice if possible
so that we can credit your account.
When returning an item, please write your order number
on the outside of the package.
If you email or call us with a question about your order
please give us your order number. Thank you.
We cannot refund shipping costs on returns.
