Gifts for Professionals Returns Policy
Incorrect Merchandise:
If you should receive incorrect merchandise or an incomplete order, please
contact Gifts for Professionals within 30 days of receipt to obtain instructions
on how to return the item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is
received, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any
additional shipping charge.
For Unwanted (Blank / Unimprinted) Items :
If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased,
please contact Gifts for Professionals to let us know you would like to return the item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our returns center using UPS Ground Delivery (at your
expense). Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a
credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less
original shipping charges). We do not accept any returns on items that you have ordered with engraving, debossing or any type of monogram or personalization.
To return an item, you must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # from our
customer service department. They will provide you with an
authorized # that must be included in your return. In addition, ALL
RETURNS must be sent to this address:

We ship from multiple locations around the United States. Returns must be
sent to our home office in order to be credited. We are not responsible for
returns made to other locations.
