| What Yahoo! features and services are off limits to my child under 13? |
Children who are registered as under the age of 13 are not permitted to:
- Found their own Yahoo! club (although they are free to join most clubs).
- Receive special offers from Yahoo!.
- Add their address or phone number to their account information.
- Participate in sweepstakes or promotions where information is shared with
third parties for future marketing purposes without parental consent.
- Post a listing on People Search (if they try, it will be supressed).
- Create a Yahoo! Public Profile.
- Participate in Yahoo! Auctions.
- View listings or participate in Yahoo! Chat.
- View listings or participate in Yahoo! Adult Clubs.
- View listings or purchase from Yahoo! Shopping adult areas.
- View listings or participate in adult areas on Yahoo! Auctions.
- Post a Yahoo! Personals ad.
