Disability Services
DMV has taken numerous measures to ensure that our disabled customers, including our customers who use a wheelchair, receive the services they need in a comfortable environment. For example,
renovations and relocations of DMV Customer Service Centers (CSC) for the past four years,
as well as new construction, have been in compliance with national ADA requirements. We
have provided ramps for the disabled to enter and exit our buildings, increased vestibule
sizes and door widths, lowered teller counters and writing counters, and modified our
restroom facilities for disabled access.
