Starting in 1996, Alexa Internet has been donating their crawl data to the Internet Archive. Flowing in every day, these data are added to the Wayback Machine after an embargo period.
Note that daily press briefings generally are not scheduled for federal holidays. In 2002, these are: January 1, January 21, February 18, May 27, July 4, September 2, October 14, November 11, November 28, and December 25.
