What if a seller doesn't ship my item?
If you've sent your payment and haven't received the item, contact the seller. Quite often the problem is simple miscommunication (for example, the item was sent to the wrong address).

Contact the seller by email. Let them know you didn't receive the item.

If the seller doesn't respond to your email, then it's possible that you're the victim of fraud. If the auction at issue started on or after October 12, 2000, at 12:00 am PST, and the final bid was over $25 and less than $10,000, you may qualify for coverage with our Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program. Learn more about the Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program.

If you feel that fraud has been committed, and the auction at issue does not qualify for the Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program, please contact your local postal inspector or file a complaint with the FTC.
