Email
The majority of people using the internet prefer to communicate via email, as this is the most economical method of communication available. Hosts are now able to take bookings on-line, but to do this they do not have to be computer literate themselves. If the host is already set-up to receive emails then great, the bookings and queries will be emailed directly to the host. But if not, we offer an email service for hosts who do not own (or never want to own) a computer. The messages come through to the hosts Friendly Connections email address which is monitored at our office - this is then faxed through to them. The reply from the host is emailed back to the guest. This service is hassle free and prompt.

Now that the potential guest has had a good look at the hosts page (and hopefully contacted them in some way) the guest is then able to link back to the region or the main map of Australia, to continue booking the rest of their trip.

Here's a good question!

How do you know the email came from the Friendly Connections site?

Easy - we have put in an email tag, so you'll see the words 'Friendlyconnections' in the address line - this way you'll know where the message orginated from.
