Education enquiries

Our Education Service answers enquiries from primary and secondary pupils and teachers. We provide basic general weather information to help educate the public on matters relating to meteorology.

Working with teachers and educational publishers, we have created a comprehensive range of products, suitable for all ages, helping teachers to guide students from one stage to the next, from basic concepts to detailed scientific principles, from wallcharts and packs to interactive pages on our web site.

  • Colourful posters, wallcharts, activity packs, worksheets and web pages help students to enjoy learning about the weather and how it affects their lives
  • New products highlight the use of IT, numeracy and literacy in the curriculum

This service is funded by the Department for Education and Skills.
