A customer can request a record search of an individual to see if that person has any misdemeanor (including traffic) or felony convictions, as well as any cases which resulted in a nolle prosequi, a "no file", a "guilty withheld", or a judgment of acquittal. Depending upon the year checked, the records are either maintained in a file, on microfilm, or on microfiche. Your request will be handled efficiently and the information should be mailed out within 3 business days from the receipt of your request. If there are no records found, you will receive a letter stating that.

- Date of Birth: Month, day, year for each name given, including any alias name(s)
- Extent of Search: Number of years to be searched
- Fee Schedule: $1.00 per name for each year searched

Criminal .......... All Felony and misdemeanor charges
Felony .......... Felony charges only
Misdemeanor .......... Misdemeanor charges only
Traffic .......... All traffic offenses

Remember that you must send, along with your request, a check or money order for the fee, which is determined by the number of years you want checked ($1.00 for every year). Once again, the turn-around time is approximately 3 business days from the receipt of your request.
