STIPULATION REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL MASTERThe parties herein, by and through their undersigned counsel, show unto this Court that the parties have agreed that they will select a nationally recognized accounting firm's Health care partner with transaction experience to serve as Special Master pursuant to the agreement reached for the dismissal of the causes asserted in this action with prejudice. The Special Master will perform his/her role as set forth in the Agreement dated March 5, 2001. The Special Master pursuant to the Agreement will file appropriate reports under seal to this Court with copies to the Attorney General and Intracoastal Health Systems, Inc., all of which are subject to the mediation privilege and are to remain confidential.
WHEREFORE, the parties petition this Court for an Order approving the party's selection of a Special Master. Dated this 7th day of March, 2001.

ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL MASTERTHIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Stipulation Regarding Appointment of Special Master, and it appearing unto the Court that the parties are in full agreement regarding such appointment in order to effectuate the dismissal of this case with prejudice in accordance with the Final Mediator's Report of March 2001, It is:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the party's selection of a nationally recognized accounting firm's health care partner with transaction experience is hereby approved to serve as Special Master to carry out the requirements set forth in the Agreement entered into by the parties on March 5, 2001, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" to the Final Mediator's Report of March 8, 2001.
