STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AND ORDER

The parties herein, by and through their undersigned counsel, show unto this Court that the parties have agreed to amicably settle this subject matter pursuant to an agreement of settlement that will result in this Court retaining jurisdiction solely to enforce the terms thereof. WHEREFORE, the parties petition this Court for an Order dismissing this cause with prejudice, each party to bear their own attorneys fees and costs. Dated this 7th, day of March, 2001.
