You may have heard about the Kyoto Protocol, but do you know what it is and what it proposes?

On a slightly different note, the countries who are being blamed for the extra greenhouse gases in the atmosphere are the ‘rich, developed’ countries. However, those from ‘poor, developing’ countries feel they will suffer the most - the most severe weather events, not having the ability to industrialise themselves and so on.
