$6.50 flat rate ground shipping for your entire order going to one address.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been received. We are always available via email, we will answer every email within 24 hours, usually less.
Important Note About Shipping
Shippers (UPS, FedEX, and Airborne) charge fees for address corrections. Something as simple as two digits transposed in a zip code, will necessitate an address change by the carrier. We contract with the carrier, on your behalf to successfully deliver your order. Just as we pass on the carrier's delivery fee to you, via your order's shipping charge, we will also pass on any additional courier fees charged, such as address corrections and service upgrades.

Our online Yahoo Store has order tracking, this enables you to check on the status of your order at any time. We will also mail your invoice with your order number, item number, quantity and price paid.

All engraved items are shipped via UPS and are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Non-engraved items are shipped within 24 hours via Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number.
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

If you would like to order by regular mail, you can place your order as follows: simply proceed with the order form
and before you finish the billing process, print the order form and mail it to us with your payment. After receiving your order we will process it immediately.

Additional Information
If you are ordering a custom item, such as an engraved money clip, trinket box or custom made jewelry, please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction.
Suggestion: If you're not sure an item is exactly the gift you'd like to give, order one personalized for yourself, so you can see first hand just how beautiful it is; or order a non-customized one.
Non-customized items may be returned for refund within ten days of delivery (five days on jewelry items). Each item must include its box and original packing and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA may be obtained by emailing: info@gift-world-collection.com.
Please remember, your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Gift Messages
If you are leaving a gift message, it must be short. The message is placed on a small gift card about the size of a business card. If it is sent in too long, we will use our best judgement to shorten the message so that it will look nice on the gift card.
RETURNS:
Due to the custom nature of personalized gifts, we do not offer returns unless we have made a gramatical error on the inscription. Each gift is inspected carefully before it is shipped.
Important Note About Engraved Orders:
You can choose a copy style and enter an inscription for each product that offers engraving. Engraving will be done based on the experienced opinion of our engraver. Our engraver will use her expertise, best judgment and artistic talents for choices such as spacing, character size, case selection and position.

Please email us about a return with your order number and reason for return. We will then discuss your options.
Shipped and confirmed orders that are refused are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We cannot refund shipping costs on returns.
