areas of these cities - if possible in the Old Town areas.

too long hotels have had it their own way, charging high prices for rooms not
much bigger than a shoebox. If you are hungry you are forced to either eat in
their overpriced hotel restaurants or venture into the city and try your luck
at the local fare. Having your clothes ironed normally incurs a hefty charge too.
Watching television normally entails lying on bed propped up by pillows so you
can see the TV set.
Now there is an alternative. Spacious apartments,
with all appliances you normally have at home such as TV, stereo, ironing boards,
and fitted, functional kitchens where you can cook your own food. All apartments
are fitted with a sofa so watching television is a civilized affair. There's no
reason why you should cook for yourself if you choose not to: you are normally
located in the most restaurant intensive areas in town: often in an environmentally
protected area where no hotels can be found.
And let's not forget the
price. Regardless of the number of occupants, long term stay starts from €43
per night in a studio apartment, and short term prices start at €50 per
night. Without question, comparable hotels would cost double to triple this price,
even in low season.
Another bonus: we are not an agency. All our apartments
are in-house and maintained by our cleaning and maintenance staff. When you stay
with us you can be sure that you will be taken care of. |
