dwelling is well equipped to enable you to enjoy a pleasant stay in Berlin.

shops, a supermarket, restaurants and some parks nearby offer a pleasant residential
environment. | | Surrounding | The
narrow, longish district between Köpenick and Neukölln is one of Berlin's
favourite jaunting targets: the vast Treptower Volkspark and the adjacent Plänterwald
forest permit a near-to-centre nature experience. In Plänterwald forest,
directly on the Spree there is the amusement park "Spreepark Berlin"
with many rides and attractions. The recovery area on the Spree river is to be
reached by city-train as well as by steamer. Treptower Hafen, a marina, is the
main landing stage for Berlin's sightseeing ships.
Amidst the Treptower
Volkspark (Citizens park) one can visit the Soviet Memorial, containing monumental,
Stalinistic style architecture which recalls a sunken era, ingrained in Berlin's

with the tram or on foot you can get to the nearby S-Bahn station Berlin-Schöneweide.
When
driving by car, then you need about 10 minutes to get to the urban motorway A100
