Achieved a hole-in-one on 11/9/2001

Carnoustie located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada
Hole: 6   |   Length: 160   |    Club Used: 7-iron

How it happened?

During the annual St. Mary's Hospital charity tournament I hit a 7 iron on the par 3 sixth hole. As we were playing in a scramble format when we couldn't see my ball on the green we starting to debate whose shot to use. I asked where my ball was and was told "it must be over the green.....but check the hole anyway". You know the rest......it was in the hole and help my team finish 2nd.

Peter Marrington of White Rock, British Columbia, Canada
Achieved a hole-in-one on 17/7/1999

Meridian Par 3 located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
Hole: 1   |   Length: 65   |    Club Used: pitching wedge

How it happened?

I blind tee shot, hit the ball, rattled the clubhouse, bounced back into the hole. Never saw a thing! Walked up the green and could not see a ball anywhere. A lady came out from the clubhouse and suggested I look in the hole. My son was with me and he looked in the hole. There it was, my first hole in one. The clubhouse gave us some free pop. A memory that will last forever.
