CSI AWARD RECIPIENTS HONORED AT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW
 Outstanding customer satisfaction took center stage in the boating industry with the debut of the 2003 Marine Industry CSI Award. The new awards provide annual recognition to boat and engine manufacturers which actively measure customer satisfaction, pursue continuous improvement, and have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction over the past year.

 NMMA LAUNCHES WORLDWIDE BOAT SHOWS CALENDAR ONLINE
Formerly known as the "International Boat Shows Calendar," NMMA's Worldwide Boat Shows Calendar has gone digital and is now available online. Industry stakeholders and consumers have an online resource to find boat shows by date or region. Show organizers can also post information on their events.  BoatBuilding is the the industry event for boatbuilders and their product and service providers. BoatBuilding 2003 will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida October 27-29.
