CSI - Best Practices in Customer SatisfactionOutstanding customer satisfaction took center stage in the boating industry with the debut of the 2003 Marine Industry CSI Award. The new awards provide annual recognition to boat and engine manufacturers which actively measure customer satisfaction, pursue continuous improvement, and have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction over the past year.

The new American Boating Congress, formerly called LegCon, is a comprehensive two-day legislative conference that allows recreational boating representatives to assemble and set the industry's public policy agenda. Participants in the American Boating Congress will create a unified front, then take the industry's message to Capitol Hill.

BoatBuilding 2002BoatBuilding is the the industry event for boatbuilders and their product and service providers. BoatBuilding 2003 will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida October 27-29. Exhibits will be open October 27 and 28 with the educational conference and meetings being scheduled over all three days.
