Trains
are especially on intercity routes on a relatively good European level (both regarding
comfort and security). The railway network is much denser on the west of the country
than in the eastern areas. From Warsaw you arrive in the other main cities within
2-5 hours and prices per person range from 10-40 EUR depending on the distance
and the train standard.
You may find more detailed information on our city
pages (transport links) or request the information from in form below.
PKP
(Polskie Koleje Pañstwowe) is a state-run company. You can find its schedules
in Polish on www.pkp.pl
(the official page) or try your luck in German on the site of the Deutsche Bahn
(DB have a good share in the enterprise) www.bahn.de.
Our experience tells us that though these pages can give you some information,
they are not exhaustive and often inaccurate. The best way is to check the printed
form. We can gather this information for you and buy the tickets in advance.
If
you consider using our service, we will gladly help you with making your travel
arrangements easier and more comfortable.
