Sorting and Filtering of Search Results: The ability to sort by column header and to filter by specific data is available on our Official Records Listings pages.  Please note the addition of a <View> column. To access the document detail of any given entry, click the corresponding hyperlink <View>

How to use:

  • Sorting: You may sort the "Search Results" by <clicking> on the column title. Each <click> will result in a sort order of either ascending or descending.

  • Filtering: You may filter by any data returned from a search by clicking on the specific data. In order to "Un-filter", you must <click> on the "UN-FILTER" control at the top of the Search Results page, or you may initiate a new search.

By accepting the terms of the disclaimer on this page, users of the Clerk's web site may view and print images from Official Record documents filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court since Jan. 1, 1993.  Should you find a reference to a document on our site but are unable to call up the images that go with it, please know that you may view it on microfilm in Room 4.25 of the Central Courthouse in West Palm Beach.  By state law we must charge $1 for every page photocopied there.
