Eligibility requirements include the following:
- Applicant must be U.S. citizens.
- Applicant must be in the sophomore year of undergraduate study.
- Applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
- Fellows must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale throughout participation in the program.
